Come to practice sociocracy in fun scenarios!
In this session, we will practice how to integrate objections in small groups in zoom breakout groups. People will take turns facilitating. It’s a very safe-to-fail environment, always surprisingly real. Working with scenarios helps not get caught up in opinions but pay attention to process. How can we stick to rounds? What are ways to solve the problem? How do we move from amendments into a new proposal? What if there are new objections?
Schedule:
- 10 min of check-ins and introductions
- 15 min of demonstration
- 50 min of play (2 scenarios of 25 minutes)
- 15 min debrief
