Han implementado un tipo de gobierno sociocr\u00e1tico, en una organizaci\u00f3n con casi 100 personas donde no hay jefes. Tienen una pol\u00edtica de gesti\u00f3n a libro abierto (incluso en cuanto salarios), un sistema de toma de decisiones por consentimiento, una audaz pol\u00edtica de reparto de utiidades, y una cultura s\u00f3lida basada en en la confianza y la colaboraci\u00f3n.
