Adri\u00e1n es doctor en Inteligencia Artificial, se form\u00f3 como directivo en IESE (Top5 del mundo), ponente habitual en conferencias internacionales, facilitador experimentado en Open Space Technology, Certified Scrum Trainer y profesor de Masters universitarios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Descripci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Adri\u00e1n llevaba 2 a\u00f1os como director de tecnolog\u00eda (CIO) en Voxel introduciendo conceptos sociocr\u00e1ticos. Al llegar la pandemia, Voxel necesitaba reducir costes y Adri\u00e1n propuso acelerar su proceso de sucesi\u00f3n.
