inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La mayor\u00eda de nosotros relaciona el liderazgo con el poder, el \u00e9xito, el respeto y la responsabilidad, pero tambi\u00e9n con la opresi\u00f3n o el abuso de poder. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nuestra actitud hacia el liderazgo se ha ido formando a lo largo de d\u00e9cadas, con nuestros padres, profesores y supervisores en nuestras vidas. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Algunas experiencias pueden haber sido buenas, otras no tanto. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Y por eso mucha gente se siente confundida con el liderazgo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las experiencias personales, nuestra percepci\u00f3n del liderazgo tambi\u00e9n depende en gran medida del sistema que lo rodea. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En los sistemas sin controles y contrapesos es m\u00e1s probable que se abuse del poder. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pero la otra cara de la moneda tambi\u00e9n es cierta: en un sistema que apoya las relaciones sanas y se basa en la confianza y los acuerdos basados \u200b\u200ben style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Antes de hablar de nuestras oportunidades como l\u00edderes en la sociocracia, veamos primero los patrones poco saludables.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Liderazgo insano<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<figure insano.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Buld\u00f3cers. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Este tipo existe en todas las partes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Realizan sus movimientos de poder a la antigua, solo que en un contexto sociocr\u00e1tico. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Por ejemplo, hacen la mayor\u00eda de las propuestas y no animan a nadie a hacer las suyas, a pesar de las rondas, dominan todas las conversaciones y utilizan su poder informal para derribar otras ideas. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Por supuesto, estos comportamientos son contraproducentes para una cultura sana y productiva. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Lleva las herramientas sociocr\u00e1ticas al l\u00edmite y fomenta un ambiente en el que la gente se siente demasiado intimidada para objetar o dar su opini\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">No-l\u00edderes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Muy t\u00edpico de las organizaciones horizontales. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Este tipo de l\u00edder confunde con el poder con el liderazgo. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Al haber experimentado situaciones de abuso y haber sido castigados por tomar la iniciativa, ceden f\u00e1cilmente su poder al &#8220;colectivo&#8221; oa la &#8220;sabidur\u00eda del grupo&#8221;. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En lugar de hacer propuestas, dudan. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En lugar de hacer que la gente se responsabilice de style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">podr\u00eda<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> hacer. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">(Si es que alguna vez se hizo algo). <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Este tipo de liderazgo significa perder muchas oportunidades. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Esto ocasiona que el c\u00edrculo se quede sin liderazgo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El papel del liderazgo en la sociocracia<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 hay entre esos dos extremos? <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El liderazgo basado en el consentimiento es dif\u00edcil de entender porque no tenemos muchos modelos a seguir. style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">L\u00edmite 1: T\u00e9rminos<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Tu rol <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">-cualquier<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span inherit;\">Aunque no me opongo en absoluto al liderazgo a largo plazo, tiene que ser una elecci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">As\u00ed, por ejemplo, si tu c\u00edrculo te <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sociocracyforall.org\/selection-process\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">elige<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> como l\u00edder por un per\u00edodo de un a\u00f1o, no hay raz\u00f3n para no volver a elegirte como l\u00edder, siempre que sea una elecci\u00f3n style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">L\u00edmite 2: Elecciones por consentimiento, y evaluaciones de desempe\u00f1o<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Elegir intencionadamente significa seleccionar por <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sociocracyforall.org\/consent-decision-making\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">consentimiento<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: marco general que nos guiar\u00e1 a. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Durante la lluvia de ideas y los debates que alimentan esas decisiones clave, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sociocracyforall.org\/on-rounds\/\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">las rondas<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span
