Er inspiriert und unterst\u00fctzt Organi-sationen und Initiativen, hierzu hilfreiche Kulturen, Strukturen und Strategien zu etablieren.<br>Dabei hilft ihm seine Erfahrung in diversen unternehmerischen und technischen Rollen \u2013 als Startup-Gr\u00fcnder vor und w\u00e4hrend der Dotcom-Blase bis zur F\u00fchrungsrolle auf Konzernebene. Heute arbeitet er meist in der Rolle eines Agile Coaches bzw. agilen Organisationsentwicklers.<br>Seine Arbeit wird beeinflusst von seinem zivilgesellschaftlichen Engagement f\u00fcr Demokratie und nachhaltige Wirtschaft. Er ist Initiator des Offenen Briefs f\u00fcr einen Klima B\u00fcrgerrat, der den Weg ebnete f\u00fcr den 2021 durchgef\u00fchrten B\u00fcrgerrat Klima. Auch sein neuestes Projekt Geld Neu Denken hat einen B\u00fcrgerrat auf nationaler Ebene zum Ziel.<br>Heiko ist Mitglied des Top-Kreises und des AK Kommunikation des Soziokratiezentrum Deutschland und
