Der Leitungskreis trifft seit Jahren nur mehr 3-4 Entscheidungen pro Jahr, die Arbeitskreise werden zu Mentoringkreisen und in den Teams, dort wo gearbeitet wird, werden die Entscheidungen getroffen. Das alles mit den Mitteln der Soziokratie. Danach hat er jahrelang in der Nachhaltigkeitsforschung gearbeitet. Seine Kernfrage war die Beteiligung in Ver\u00e4nderungsprozessen. W\u00e4hrenddessen hat er das Wohnprojekt Wien mit aufgebaut und 2010 die Soziokratie kennengelernt. Das hat seinen Weg gepr\u00e4gt und er hat sich 2013 selbst\u00e4ndig gemacht und begleitet seitdem Gruppen und Teams mit dem Verst\u00e4ndnis der Soziokratie.
