Hier zu werden wir mindestens 2 Perspektiven anbieten: Nicola ist seit \u00fcber 17 Jahren bei SOCIUS und hat die Entwicklungsschritte mitgemacht, Lysan ist vor einem guten Jahr dazugekommen, und hat einen entsprechend anderen Blick auf das was ist. Sie hat langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrungen in gro\u00dfen, hierarchisch organisierten Sozialunternehmen und bringt eine hohe Sensibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr solche Strukturen mit. In ihren Fortbildung und Beratungen nutzt sie soziokratische Elemente und Methoden, besonders wenn es um Entscheidungen und gleichberechtigte Kommunikation geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper
