Arbeits- und Forschungsschwerpunkte: Organisationssoziologie, Zivilgesellschaft, Caring Communities, beteiligungsorientierte Organisationsmodelle. Studiert im Master Soziale Innovation an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Soziale Arbeit, FHNW und ist wissenschaftliche Assistentin am Institut Beratung, Coaching und Sozialmanagement (ICSO) mit Schwerpunkt Sozialmanagement.
