Best\u00e4tigt wurde ihr Konzept u.a. durch Google. Google f\u00fchrte 2016 eine weltweit beachtete Studie bei \u00fcber 200 Google Mitarbeitenden durch und hat mehr als 180 Teams beobachtet. Die Studienergebnisse des Projektes Aristoteles zeigen, dass psychologische Sicherheit als einer von f\u00fcnf Schl\u00fcsselfaktoren f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit gilt.
