Die Firma begann \u00fcber Standorte in eine klassische top-down Hierarchie zu wachsen (Mitarbeiter &#8211; Standorte &#8211; Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer). Die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer suchten nach alternativen Organisationsmodellen. Innerhalb der letzten 2 Jahre hat sich das Unternehmen gewandelt und viele Muster aus der Soziokratie 3.0 integriert -&gt; z.B. Kernprinzipien, Navigiere nach Spannung + Treiber, von Positionen zu Rollen, von Standorten zu Kreisen, Entscheidungsfindung \u00fcber Konsent..
