In der zweiten Phase wurde ein Synodalkreis einberufen, der aus siebzehn Delegierten des Bistums bestand und der gemeinsam im KonsenT zu elf wesentlichen Themen Grundsatz-Entscheidungen f\u00fcr die Zukunft des Bistums getroffen hat. Bischof Dieser war Mitglied im Synodalkreis und wollte &#8220;einwandfreie&#8221; Entscheidungen zu diesen Themen. F\u00fcr den Synodalkreis gab es ein kleines Begletierteam und ich war als externer Moderator beteiligt. Ich m\u00f6chte einen Einblick in diesen einj\u00e4hrigen Prozess geben u.a. mit drei Videos, die w\u00e4hrend des Prozesses gedreht wurden. Christian R\u00fcther, MBA ist einer der Soziokratie-Pioniere im deutschsprachigen Raum. Er kennt den Ansatz seit 2007 und war von 2007 &#8211; 2011 Mitglied des Soziokratie-Zentrums Deutschland. 2010 hat er seine Masterarbeit \u00fcber die Soziokratie geschrieben und 2018 ein Buch zur Soziokratie, S3, Holakratie und Lalouxs Evolution\u00e4rer Organisation. In diesem Jahr erscheint ein Buch zur KonsenT-Moderation. Alle seine B\u00fccher sind gratis auf seiner Homepage <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soziokratie.org\" class=\"ek-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.soziokratie.org<\/a> herunterladbar.<br>Christian R\u00fcther begleitet einige Organisation in Richtung Soziokratie, New Work und Evolution\u00e4re Organisation. Er verbindet unterschiedliche Ans\u00e4tze und blickt immer wieder \u00fcber den Tellerrand. Von 2005-2020 war er auch zertifizierter Trainer f\u00fcr Gewaltfreie Kommunikation.
