Allen Vernier: Experimenting with sociocracy in a top-down-context

Discussion between two cultures, discussion between a subsidiary and its owner. This presentation based on a business case will deal with the opportunity for command and control companies to test sociocracy and with potential obstacles and constraints. The cultural issue is the main issue: how to manage the dialog between two mindsets that have nothing in common. The purpose of this presentation is not to judge if one mindset is better o morally superior to the other one but to refine how making them coexist and, when possible, learn from each other. It may also be discussed if sociocracy is suitable in every surrounding.
