Yet implementing company-wide Agility isn’t straight forward, it asks for combining principles from the Agile Manifesto (inspecting & adapting), Sociocracy (creating equivalence), Beyond Budgeting (flexible budgeting & relative targets), and Open Space (passion bound by responsibility).
